I have no doubt that the desired outcome was a result of your professional maneuvering and insight into how these things work. I am grateful to you for putting up with my many annoying questions and regular emails. It is clearly a stressful procedure for a doctor to go through these kind of proceedings and had it not been for your experience I may well have gone crazy. I will of course be highly recommending you to my colleagues who find themselves with a sticky wicket and will continue to sing your praise whilst I recount this ghastly ordeal with those that were aware. I am in debt to your cunning."

"It was the warmth, the friendship and supreme understanding allied to your expertise and logic for which I will be so grateful to you and I will carry that with me through my remaining years.”
"Without your dedication, engagement and thorough understand of the case, it would not have been possible to achieve such an exceptional outcome of ‘no action’, following a finding of ‘fitness to practise impairment’ by the GMC.”
"I really appreciated your wholly professional approach, expert advice and support at the IOP hearing. I have absolutely no doubt that I would not have had this positive outcome without your efforts.”
